Responds to reports, assesses and responds to impact, supports pregnant and parenting students, engages in outreach, and oversees Clery compliance.
Responding to Harassment, Discrimination, Sexual Violence, and Related Retaliation
OCRTIX acts on reports related to harassment and discrimination based on 16 protected classes (race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, ancestry, disability, status as a veteran, sexual orientation, marital status, parental status, gender identity, gender expression and genetic information). We also act on reports related to sexual misconduct, sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, and stalking. If anyone experiences related retaliation, we also take action on those reports.

Assessing and Responding to Impact, Building Belonging
Our team assess the overall impact of reported incidents, tracks patterns on campus, and responds with education, information, responsive conversations, and more. A goal is to enhance the sense of belonging on campus for all.
Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Students
Title IX and other protections affords rights to pregnant and parenting students.
Engaging in Outreach
OCRTIX is proud to provide educational materials to meet the specific and dynamic needs of the campus community.

Providing the campus community with timely, accurate and complete information about crime and the safety of campus.
